In the upcoming Lifetime show The Balancing Act, celebrity colorist Rona O’Connor of Lukaro Salon in Beverly Hills (she’s the one behind Blake Lively’s to-die-for haircolor) takes actress Valerie Azlynn from a blonde to a rich, dimensional brunette. “My goal was to create a beautiful rich brunette with red undertones that enhanced her skin tone,” says Rona.
