Owner, Doug DiCarlo, recieved his B.A. at Villanova University and earned a M.S. from Chestnut Hill College in 2001. He has attended Bumble and Bumble Hair Cutting Academy in London, England as well as Brocato Advanced Hair Cutting Academy in New York, NY on four separate occasions from 2005-2009. Aside from being an owner/stylist, he works with at-risk youth on a part-time basis. Doug has owned numerous salons in the Philadelphia area, Bleu Mousse Salon being his fifth.

Recently, I decided to make an appointment at The Bleu Mousse Salon.Before I arrived, I received a call to discuss my hair style and what I would like.
